I've worn many hats during my career to date, and my passion is, and always has been working with people. I'm incredibly proud to be part of the LGBTQ+ community and take every opportunity to inspire, mentor, smash down barriers and pave the way for others from underprivileged backgrounds to be successful. Some of the things I recently been working on which I am proud of; helping shape our inclusive recruitment practices at JD Sports Group to help ensure greater accessibility for disabled and nero diverse talent.
