Sarah Barker

I joined Coca-Cola back in 1997 and so much has changed over the years since then. The thing that has kept me within our business is the fantastic people, and our desire to learn and continually improve as an organisation. Our journey to become a more diverse and inclusive organisation, has accelerated so much over recent years. As a founding member of the Inclusion & Diversity team I have had many opportunities, to learn, engage and grow my knowledge. Through talking with colleagues who are different to me, I began to understand the role I can play to ensure that Everyone is Welcome at Coca-Cola . I see my job now as helping as many people as I can, to understand why Inclusion, Diversity & Equity matters and the role we can each play to drive change and make our business welcoming and accessible. Most importantly though I see my role as being an ally. We want Coca-Cola to be a place where everyone can Be Themselves, Be Valued and Belong
